Tom Smith has spent his entire life in professional kitchens.
Raised in New York City’s culinary scene, he is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, a former instructor to young apprentices in Switzerland, a top-rated New York City chef in the late ’80s, and an award-winning restaurant owner throughout the ’90s.
Today, Tom is the owner and creative force behind one of Orange County’s fastest-growing event catering and planning companies.
